We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible products. To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Certain items such as customized, personalized, or made-to-order products are non-returnable.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original method of payment.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at support@dreamweddinghub.com with your order details and photos of the issue.
